Make Your Own Bach Flower Remedy at Home
All you need flowers, rain/mineral/river/spring water and a transparent glass pot.
| 1 | Soak the flowers in a glass pot. |
| 2 | Place the pot in the sunlight for one whole sunny day. |
| 3 | At sunset, remove the flowers and that water is your remedy. |
| 4 | Remedy can be diluted infinite times but make sure to shake the dilution vigorously otherwise it
is not a homeopathy grade medicine. |
To preserve the remedy you can put some Ethyl-alcohol/whisky/grain-alcohol.
Rock Water is the water from any mountain river or rather homeopathy grade Silicea.
Or soad some granite rocks in water in sunlight for a day, that is your remedy.
