Rock Water

...is the remedy for people who take self-repression and self-denial to extremes. They are very wrapped up in themselves, seeking always to perfect themselves in some way and setting themselves targets and being very unkind to themselves if they fail to live according to their own rules. If they seek to influence others it is not directly but by example only.

The Rock Water remedy does not stop people from having high ideals or from trying to meet them. But it does help ease the excesses of the Rock Water personality, so that people like this can show more flexibility when it is necessary, and are not so hard on themselves.

Dr Bach's description
Those who are very strict in their way of living; they deny themselves many of the joys and pleasures of life because they consider it might interfere with their work. They are hard masters to themselves. They wish to be well and strong and active, and will do anything which they believe will keep them so. They hope to be examples which will appeal to others who may then follow their ideas and be better as a result.

I Visited couple of times to Jog falls near Shimoga. Both the times, We trekked down to the bottom of the falls and enjoyed the sprinkling water splashing on our faces. We used to hold handful of water and for fun, we used to drink it. After reading this post, I remember, I felt a pleasant comfortable feeling both the times after tasting this water. Unfortunately, that feeling lasted only for a couple of days.

Girilal, do we have to take Rock water as a medicine over a period of time, to feel the change in our personalities, for a cure?

like the water trapped in between two rocks controlling its brute force. Dr bach describes it so well like giri does, and therefore, Rock water. Since you are in Bangalore, I think a dip in Souparnika(Mookambika) has a similar exhilerting experience. It is like electric current enveloping you and then a release of all stress in one go. It lasts for many days, the sweetness of the water and the sweetness of the memory. with rgds.

Rock water can be taken from any mountain brook or water-fall. At other forum, I advised people to use water from mountain brooks in stead of Silicea in high potency. That water contains Silicea, Uranium and many more things. That's why Rock Water closely matches Silicea constituion.

I have a question whether Rock Water traits can lead to powerless feeling like that of Hornbeam? A feeling of mental fatigue and lethargy?

I sort of have strong Rock Water traits. But there are times when I'm very much on the go and when I felt very unwilling to do even a minimum thing that I have to do for a daily life. During such a down time Hornbeam doesn't work much and Rock Water somewhat works better. Doesn't it sound strange?

Any comment from you will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
