I read your prescriptions for premature hair graying in response to a query on the site. I am 31 years old male. I am married since two years. My height is about 5 ft. 8 inches, weight 77 kg and complexion neither too dark nor too fair. I am in the habit of applying hair oil every night and don't shampoo everyday.
I am facing the problem of gray hair before marriage but the process has speeded up in last two years. At the same time I have also faced some hair loss. Recently my chest hair has also grayed to some extent.
I am fond of eating particularly north Indian food. I like spicy food but eat outside food rarely.I had consulted a doctor at the Himalaya Herbal Remedy outlet and she prescribed to take Vitamin C rich products like Amla. Due to non-avalability of Amla nearby I took Trifala Churna which has got Amla as one constituent.
But I don't have any particular digestion problems.
Homeopathic medicines suit me very well. Can you prescribe a medicine for stoppimg this premature graying? Thanks a lot.

The main medicine for grey hair is Lycopodium and Phosphoric Acid. Other medicines which can help are Wiesbaden and Vinca Minor.
You should start using the following medicines first :
1. Thuja 30C three times a day for three days.
2. Natrum Mur 30C three times a day for three days.
Check the symptoms of Phosphoric Acid and Lycopodium and use the medicine which suits you best in 30C potency. three times a day for one week and repeat every week three doses. Use Wiesbaden if it suits you.

I checked the symptoms of Lycopodium and Phosphoric Acid and think Phosphoric Acid is better for me.
But, I could not find the sym[ptoms of Wiesbaden on the link provided by you.
What should I do?
Wiesbaden is the water of Wiesbaden in Germany. It is alkaline water and helps the life force to change acidic body and ph factor to alkaline. Thus falling of hair and blackening of hair are achieved. It suits many, and it will not be usually seen in all materia medica.
