Alternate the following three medicines.
1. Arsenic Album 30C. 2. Phosphorus 30C.3. Nux Vomica 30C. one dose a day. Use Chelidonium Q 5 drops in water three times a day as tonic for liver. with best wishes.

I had my blood tested.
Following are the readings:
SGPT 64.88
GGT: 81.1
Alkaline Pahsphatase: 119
ANA-IF: Negative
ceruloplasmin: well within normal limit
Body state:
head spinning subsided, few times in this weak .
Weakness is still there but body is getting energy.
still mild tickling somewhere at lower right abdomen , may be in intestine.some times it pains mildly.
medicine which i am taking is :
Alternated the following:
1. Arsenic Album 30C. 2. Phosphorus 30C.3. Nux Vomica 30C. one dose a day. Then mixture of Arg Nit+Ipec+Anaard 6C & then Chelidonium Q 5 drops in water three times a day
and one multivitamin surbex-xt once a day.
Please advise.

Use Chelidonium Q, Chionanthus Q 5 drops each in one ounce water. Use Phosphorus 30C one dose a day. Use Selenium 30C three times a day. Stop other medicines.

Dear Doctor,
after the report i went to the gastroenterologist, he checked the abdomen and said that there is mild inflammation in liver. keep walking and reduce weight. he has prescribed medicines for high BP, one antacid. Since he once measured my BP and that time it was 150/87 so he might thinking that i am usualy a high BP candidate.
This is what he prescribed one month back and same he is prescribing now.
As i dont have any faith in allopathy, i neither taken these medicine one month back nor i will take these now. I did checked my BP thrice in due intervals it was like 127/81. and similar.
I am currently facing following problems.
Head spinning and some sensation/mild tickling/pain in lower right side of abdomen, specificaly in morning.
on 30,31 & 1st i had severe headache starting in the morning and then subsiding automatically by 4PM.
when i was a kid like 14 years , i had migrane then for one month and then allopathic medicines were given
In present times i was taking Chelidonium Q, Chionanthus Q 5 drops each in one ounce water.
Interestingly it was low on 30th , very high on 31, low on 1st and very very low on 2nd. no pain on 3rd and so on.
Now from last 2 days pain has gone but continuous head spinning is there. it is quite difficult to do the work now.i am taking phosphorous but it is not giving relief. Doctor said that if your body gets alcohol in any form liver condition might gets bad so from last two days i had stopped Chelidonium Q, Chionanthus Q 5.
The head spinning gets relieved when i forcefully tried to vomit today, day went good but now, in the eve it started again. It also gets subsides little when i take food.But it is not permanent solution.
I am taking 4 meals all balanced with very very less oil.plenty of water.
to summaries the problems:
Mild sensation/tickling/pain in lower right abdomen side.
Head Spinning
Unexplained weakness
Gas in the stomach
Sometimes i used to think that its all minor and due to the livoflox which had been given in plenty as IV, and i will be fine one day, some times it becomes so bad that i gets scared. My personal and professional life is very nice and because of them i am still continuing the office.
Sir, i am getting bit frustrated now, please tell what to do.

As i was feeling head spinning, my physian tested me as under:
Glucose: Random: 75 (Normal 70 to 130)
SGPT : 96.83 (Normal 0-41)
Vitamin B12: 313 (Normal 206-678)
She reffered me to to same gastroenterologist , and he did the following tests:
LIPID Profile:
Cholestrol: 214 (Borderline High)
Trygliceride : 199 (150-199 Borderline high, 200 to 499 high)
HDL: 26 (<40 Low)
LDL (Direct) :: 161.67 (130-159 Borderline High , 160 to 189 High)
VLDL : 39.81 (Up to 35)
Cholestrol/HDL ratio: 8.01 (Favorable: 4-6: 1
Risk Indicator 9-10:1)
LDL/HDL Ratio: 6.02 (Up to 3.5:1)
Cerulopasmin: 50.68 (20-60)
T3: 1.51 (0.8 to 2.0)
T4: 10.63 (5.1 to 13.5)
TSH : 5.2 (.27 to 4.20)
Anti smooth muscle antibody: 14.00 (Negative <40)
He studied my full history and written as under:
Mildly raised SGPT
Hep A,B,C- neg
Widal Neg
CBC- N
ANA - neg
usg- N
Xray Chest- N
CT abd- N
After seeing the report he said that i have mild fat deposition in my liver and that is why SGPT is mildly high. He said i am having NASH.
He has prescribed:
ESAM 2.5
Surbex XT
Evion 400
He said walk regularly, reduce weight and come after 3 months.
But none of my problems got resolved after taking the above meds after 2 weeks.
I am 65 Kgs of weight and of a height of 5.6' and 30 years of age i dont think i am obese.
From past 3 months i am taking boiled veg and raw chapatis in eve (at 7.30 PM) and then walk for 2-3 kms and in noon chapatis and veg with daal, very light daliya in the morning and one apple . , at 10 PM i take milk and one chapati. Full day i take plenty of water .I am not obese for sure and could be malnourished!
got Tested my eyes and both are 6/6.
the problem which i am having is as under:
Mild Head spinning
At 12 to 12.30 midnight something got secreted from some internal organ (may be bile from liver ) inside my stomach or in my intestine and it heats up my whole body, i feel very uneasy sensation, i feel thirst through out the night and mild head spinning, my index finger and right leg tend to become numb. If i eat at 1 PM then i can sleep else not possible to sleep. Some times i take Esomac 40 (Antacid Tab) to sleep.
GAS
And lastly but most importantly, weakness. sometimes i could walk for 3 kms and sometimes not even 0.5 kms. sometimes it becomes very difficult to sit even.
Is it because i am having poor liver condition thats y i cant generate enough energy?
Is my LIPID profile shows that i had taken too much fat without doing enough work?
Do i need to further cut my food intake, please remember i am already on a very very low fat diet.
Please help sir, please tell that the diagnosis of the gasterointerologist is correct?
should i see some other doctor?
Please advice and prescribe me medicine

The diagnosis of gasteroenterologist is absolute right. You were advised against tendency to obesity as TSH is above 5. You were asked to walk to reduce cholesterol. You are lacking in exercise and the whole malady revolves around that. The fatty liver is the first condition before all those border line condition takes place. Mild spinning is because your sugar level tends to go down and tend to become hypoglycemic. You may use Liv 52 if that suits you. The medicines you require are :
1. Phosphorus 30C
2. Saccharum off. 30C
3. Selenium 30C
4. Cardus M. Q as tonic 5 drops three times a day in quarter glass water.
5. Chionanthus Q as tonic 5 drops three times a day in quarter glass water.
6. A few doses of Arsenic Album 30C.
7. A few doses of Pulsatilla 30C
8. A few doses of Nux Vomica 30C.
The fatty liver is caused because you have a tendency to eat more sweets and sugar and probably you like sour things like curds,lemon, citrus fruits etc. which you take in excess. The glucose is not assimilated by the liver and that interferes with the protein and fat assimilation correctly and therefore they are deposited in the cells of Liver itself and hence fatty liver, which further interferes with the normal liver functions. Exercise is what is required most at this stage. Start Yoga. with best wishes.

I will take these medicines as following:
Phosphorus 30C (3 times a day)
2. Saccharum off. 30C (3 times a day)
3. Selenium 30C (3 times a day)
4. Cardus M. Q as tonic 5 drops three times a day in quarter glass water.
5. Chionanthus Q as tonic 5 drops three times a day in quarter glass water.
6. A few doses of Arsenic Album 30C. (1 dose daily for three days)

Please advise if there is any modification require.
will stop citrus fruits and lemon which i am taking now.
i dont eat sweets, rice at all , yes i eat chapati's made of whole wheat, should i change the grain? i am regular in walking, i will start yoga too.
Please tell what i shud eat to maintain my sugar level. How long it will take to gets cure?

Of the following medicines Saccharum is suggested to correct the sugar assimilation. Selenium and Cardus to strengthen the liver condition. What you need is good exercise more than medicine.
2.Saccharum off. 30C (3 times a day)
3. Selenium 30C (3 times a day)
4. Cardus M.

Dear Doctor,
As suggested, i started yoga in the morning, light breakfast, lunch and oil free dinner in eve, then brisk walking for 3 kms. I am improving without a doubt but few things are still bugging me :
1: There is very mild pain inside lower right abdomen.
2: Head spinning.
3: Mild pain at upper right of my neck, at the junction of jaw and neck.
4: Secretion kinda sensation during mid night inside abdomen, followed by body become bit heated up , sweating & uneasiness
i had noticed twice small white stuff in morning stool. i am waiting for next occurrence to get a sample for stool routine.
I am currently taking
Saccharum off. 30C (3 times a day)
Selenium 30C (3 times a day)
Cardus M (3 times a day)
&
ESAM 2.5
Surbex XT
Evion 400
One remarkable thing to note that after exercise/play/walking i do feel good.
Please advise if anything else to be done.

Dear Doctor,
I am getting better for sure.
Sugar related issue is now very well controlled, thanks to your medicine.Now there is no pain in neck or in lower right abdomen. There is nothing white stuff in my stool, i confirmed it by changing the seat.
Secretion kinda sensation during mid night inside abdomen, followed by body become bit heated up , sweating & uneasiness is also 'gone' except yesterday night. I will consider it as temporary mood change of my liver, and i hope it wont happen again.
I am keeping cotton bud in the ears and it helped in head spinning, So i request you to kindly prescribe something for the 'virtigo due to ear related issue ' Though i dont feel any pain or anything in ear.
I am also loosing weight by brisk walking and yoga. Will continue both for rest of my life.
Currently i am taking
Saccharum off. 30C (3 times a day)
Selenium 30C (3 times a day)
Cardus M (3 times a day)

use Natrum Salicylicum 30C three doses for one day and report benefit in ear related vertigo. You can continue with medicines already using at intervals as worked out to your comfort and convenience. with best wishes.

Head is bit tightened, very mild spinning kinda feeling. Though i can work but it is not good to carry on.

Use one dose of Nux Vomica 30C and then continue with Bryonia 30C three times a day for three days. We will check Cocculus thereafter. Bryonia is for infection and cocculus is for irritation of nerves, both are activated by the movement of the head, body, and in the case of cocculus eyes also. ...... with best wishes.

Dear Doctor,
I want to re list the symptoms again, hope it will be of some help for you to decide regarding medicine.
1: When i get up in the morning, head spinning is not there.
2: After passing first stool spinning starts for the whole day.
3:My stool output is semisolid and frequent but nothing noticable.
4:Sometimes i have to discharge stool 3 times in the morning, spinning and weakness increases heavily .
5: After taking lunch and dinner it reduces a little but then again increases.
6: When i walk in the night after dinner, during walking i feel comparatively better, it always sweats more from the head scalp as compared to rest of the body.
7: When i come back from walking spinning starts again.
8:Massaging head helps.
9:Ear bud not helping.
10:Yesterday i felt bad sensation in right hand palm, specifically in index and middle finger, there was definite swelling in back of the palm, then by the night swelling was gone,Sometime i feel light numbness in right palm and right leg.
11:Head is comparatively warmer than rest of the body.
I guess body is getting better day by day, but this head spinning makes me scare as if something bad is happening inside my body or in my stomach and the spinning is an alarm for it !
i am taking good amount of liquids through out the day, light lunch & breakfast and oilless dinner, glass of milk in night and bryonia 3 times.
Please advise...

Dear Doctor Udaya
I continued bryonia30 and still taking it three times a day. Head spinning has reached to very low levels. Now it happens if my stomach get empty. There is mild pain at lower right side of abdomen. It is now noticeable if pushed. Do you think it could be related with my appendices? As it has been more than 3 months, please suggest if any medicine is to be taken.
There are plenty of good news as well.
Weakness is also reducing.
No trouble with liver.
No numbness anywhere in the whole body
No drama in night time
I have increased my physical activities. now in eve, playing shuttle for half an hr, still on oilless dinner, regular brisk walking for 4 kms and yoga in the morning.
Whenever i go for play or brisk walk, i feel like i am having no problem at all in my body whatsoever.
I wish i could play 24X7.
On my colleagues reco i got green tea (tata product) and took it empty stomach in the morning, and had to throw up so heavily that some blood came out! Was really scared but i understand that due to excessive force tiny veins in my throat or in neck got ruptured and thats y the blood. As i dont have any irritation in stomach or any thing in stool,i dont think this is due to GI tract at all.
I guess i must not experiment with fancy products.
I am having slight irritation inside neck, voice is also heavy . It will go away by time.
If possible please guide if my thinking is true.
Sir, i find plenty of allopath here with big fancy degrees, huge hospitals doing business out of patient's miseries,few of treating mankind and rest making a treat for themselves, but none comes even closer to you who just selflessly reading all kind of suffering and helping others without asking any sort of return. May god bless you and keep you healthy for eternity.
Now i believe i will come out from this impasse in single piece all i need is your words with few medicines.
