High blood pressure and cholesterol

Dear Dr.Udaya,
I am a 57 old female,with high blood pressure that is treated with atacand 4 mg,it is related to stress and sometimes a glass of dine will help it to drop .I have high Ldl for the last few years ,I have tried Ayurvedic remedies but could not drop it enough for my Dr to be happy,I need you'd help to drop it with homeopathy.
I lead a healthy life style other than 3-5 glasses of wine per week , I teach yoga and practise regularly,I do pranayama and I work continously on my thought pattern,I had previuosly anxiety and panic attacks that I am able to alter with my breath snd some homeopathy,or bach remedies
I am by nature a perfectionist,very responsible,creative,with a hurried mind,that gets quietened with meditation .
