Dear Chinku,
I do not suggest continuous use of any medicine. Use medicines for a period of time give some gap for few days and repeat would be always ideal. For one or two week, you can use Merc Sol as well as Hekla Lava if they are found beneficial. with best wishes.

thank you sir,
that means i can have the medicine for 3 or 5 days and than i have to give a gap of one week.yes sir it is really giving me relif so if i continue in that pattern i will be gradually cured right.

doctor udaya now i am having good relif now.i can travel now,i do expereince little difficulty at times but the period for which it prevails has reduced.sir u had told me to try out silicea 6x,today i bought it.sir how should i take it.

It is called biochemic medicines founded by

is it ok that i take 2 tabs three times a day.sir also tell me weather i have to take this medicine until i am completely relived.you told me this long term suppliment will correct the imbalance in my body
sir also please tell if i have to watch out for something when taking silicea like coffee or any changes in my body

It is ok. Always take few doses watch and see the benefits and continue for longer periods if found beneficial. Nothing to be watched except if there is any adverse symptoms stop the medication.

sir it had been 5 days now i am taking silicea..
sir i must really say that silicea is really helping me in someways..after taking it i feel my physical and mental strength have increased.sir i used to have tension always even for small small things and also faced probelms like sleeplessness...if there is something special tomorrow i can sleep today ...like that..after taking silicea i really felt a dramatic change in those problems.
but sir as far a my concentration problem is concenred i must say that it is still occuring..but both periodicity of occurence and my difficulty have reduced as i took sulphur in that triad combination you gave me.
sir i am very sure that it is increasing when i do travelling..first my nose experience a little blockage..then my mood changes and become dull and anger...my ears become little closed and echos when i swallow saliva sometimes also hums.i feel hot and sweat more..sweating increases it..my vision faces little lack of focusing power as if i am exaggerated .not interested in any thing..i yawn occasionally...then a headache behind my head above neck muscles and neck muscle pain when i turn my head.. nasal blockage at night..in the morning when i wake up usually get thick white jelly like mucus when i suck...these are the series in which it occurs..even sitting under fan might cause my ear and nose to close...sir how should i continue now....of all the treatments i have taken i felt urs as most effective for me..more i am comfortable with homeopathy...so please help me sir

sir i found the following symptoms in me
head and mind: great anxiety about his fate
and i would like to make it clear that i was good at studies and was intellegent..even now when this concentration problem is not botherig me i am good in designing many circuits in electroninc..but this problem make me very much irritated without allowin me to concentrate...i cant even understanding things i read out.
eyes: i didnt find any symptom match.
sit i loose the strength of my eyes...like when we are exaggerated or keep thinking of something we keep looking at things away far from us but we have to shake our head and look things near to us...its that kind of a feel
ears: int the medicine symptom its buzzing...for me its tinggg..like ringing..ears are closed partially and echo when swallowing saliva
nose: no symptom match
for me nasal blockage when laying on bed..right turbunate swollen and get white thick jelly mucus in morning after waking up usually
face:heat in face is there when i sweat
teeth: no probs for me
mouth:white coating on tongue comes occasionally
throat: no symptoms match
sir i had a history of tonsilities when i was 7 or 8 years..it was recurrent and i had to take a long term medication od septlin for that..
recently when i went to a doctor i remember him telling ur allergy is also effecting ur throat
if required i will sent u a photograph of mu throat
neck: no match symptoms
i experience pain at my back neck muscles and side neck muscles..turning my head side ways and all causes me pain..sometiomes i even feel some veins are making tit tick when i turns..i also yarns occationally when problem increases
stomach:no matched symptoms
when condition worsen i feel lack of appetite.
urinary organs: no probs noticed.
sleep: no symptom matches
i get tensed for unnecessary things and cant sleep properly. but i feel silicea is really helping me in that

sir i am really sorry sir,i made a mistake while noting down your prescription.It was by mistake sir pls forgive me
sir u told me to have,
1. Three doses a day of Nux Vomica for three days.
2. Three doses of Pulsatilla 200 one dose a day for three days.
3. Three doses of Sulphur a day for three days.
but what i did
1.three doses of nux vomica for one day
2.three doses pulsatilla200 for one day
3.three of sulphur for one day.
sir it was my carelessness.i wasnt able to concentrate well
sir but now after realising my mistake while going through the fourm i had the medicine exactly as u prescribed these are the changes i noticed
after having nux vomica
by the second day i could feel some kind of stress relived for me.my nose did closed littile..but was better.aa very big changed i noticed was that sir i when i used to sit under fan i used to feel mu nose closing and me loosing concentration i could notice a change in that
after having pulsatilla
by the second day i could notice my concentration was back.then at night i told know a turbunate used to make my right nostril block at night ,by the second day i could notice that both my noses were open.
sir another thing that i am feeling is that i could feel some kind of stress being removed for my face and head region...because i experienced some feel like that..like nervers getting contracted and relived...aa my ears were also open by that time or else they used to be partially closed.
after taking sulphur..
sir before taking sulphur on seventh day i felt almost everything restored..so couldnt notice any large changes but i felt my nose more open and pain around neck muscles is reduced
sir on last day of sulphur i had to travel to kottayam for tcr for around 10 hrs togather for both sides..so today i am facing little difficulty but very much tolerable
by the way sir i went for an interview and got a job in one of the good companies..sir i must really really thank u because u are the reason that i could face the interview with my concentration back...i will always be greatful to u
sir i am also experiecing unnecessary tension ... will it also move away with the medicine that i have..i feel i am mentally very weakened by facing this kind of difficulty for such a long time
sir pls forgive me my mistake and tell me what to do next...

Chinku,
You have done no mistakes. It can be either this way or that way. The first doses of the medicines that touches your tongue is what is going to activate the life force into action and for continuous activation the next doses may or may not be required. Since one is not certain whether they are required, the physician asks the patient to continue with the medicines, since he is not under clinical observation. So there is nothing to worry. Continue with the medicines. for three more days in whichever order that gives you benefit. They are complementing each other so they can be taken in which ever order.
Congratulations for having the sought after job. Check your blood pressure, if it is low use Kali Phos 6X . You will be ok.

gastric. You are not taking breakfast in time or other food in time.You may be smoking, or fond of tea, your sleep is disturrbed. These are the causes for pain in chest. probably gastritis/esophagitis. Nux Vomca and other medicines will take care of that. with best wishes.

sorry for the delay sir i was off from my house for a training. yes sir u r absolutly right i am having problem with my sleep but i often feel it connected to my concentration problem. sir now all my symptoms are back as before i think it was triggered by climate change because climate of banglor was very cold and i was always in ac of office. i feel some difficulty with my throat ..it always starts like that and on bathing head it gets worsened like what we say in malayalam "thala neeru erakkam"....but i like to make it clear that i am not having pain of any tonsilitis...hoping for ur replay

i checked out the symptoms of ducamera as u said many of the symptoms are there sir but i feel that not only climate change is triggering my problem. when i was here also most of the days i was having the sufferings.
sir immediately after comming here i had merc sol .i am sure it give me some relif if i had it.
sir does merc sol had any role in immunity of body?
what i am experiencing is a kind of feeling that we have when we have a worse fever or cold..every day i am having "thala neru erakam" i am trying rasanadi as u told.
sir i used to read about one medicine from ur form every day.just to find if anything matches mine.but haven't ever tried anything without asking u.sir i read about baryta carb i think i am having some symptoms of it like
childish behaviour, Loss of memory, mental weakness. Irresolute. Lost confidence in himself

one occasion one ent doctor told me someting like parrengitis or something like that.

Thala Neerirakkam is considered in ayurveda as the descending of the Kapha(Mucus) due to the thapa (overheating of head) and through the process of vilayana flows down just as the heat of the sun melts the glaciers and run down to rivers.
When these Neer (body fluids) reach seats of imbalances or Doshas, it could add to Kapha Dosha and net result would be like the water put on fire would extinguish fire, meaning Agni(Fire) Mandya(lack of heat or fire in the body) (cause for indigestion, retarded metabolism, lack of heat, vigour, sluggish liver, loss of appetite, sirorogas (ailments pertaining to head and head nerves), Netra Rogams (Ailments pertaining to eyes), Karnaroga (ailments pertaining to ears, liver diseases causing constipation and therefore Constipation with Arshas or Scurvy of haemorrhoids with or without Prolapse ani (piles)or with /without bleeding.
The constipation in turn create conditions of apana vayu displacements or Prakopas, and consequent results in intestinal diseases, derranged peristalsis, ulcerations, infestations, with skin level manifestations like eczema, psoriasis and the like. Bonus ailments are Diabetes and Blood pressure.
So arresting the vilayana (neerirakkam or excessive liquifaction of Kapha by harmonosing the balance between the thridoshas or pitha reaching head is vital. The basic electrolytes in the subtle levels are fundamental in this task. At the same time there is another factor which causes this thala neerirakkam.
That is when the suters does not join properly or the fontannels do not join correctly and the moisture in the air in particular when you are walking in the early morning dews or in humidly cold weather conditions (keep a cotton towel on the head while walking in the night or early morning to absorb the moisture not reaching into the head and form extra kapha additions to already melting conditions) are some of the factors which should be taken into consideration.
In people who have this suter or fontannel problems are plump fat with large heads and naturally having pitha and kapha in excess and among the electrolytes at subtle levels there is an assimilation problem with Calcium. The thyroid will mostly be hypo. The neck region with glands and nerves are affected here.
The imbalance in calcium will usually create a condition of excess heat in head, which is conducive to vilayana(melting of the ice as we may call in external world) or the Kapha may be compared to the fallen snow.!!! (Rooksha sheetha) condition.
A high mountain should be covered with snow for the valley to be fertile. Similarly the head should have the necessary mucuous (kapha) covering inorder for the human body to be fertile and warm. Just as, when there is snow on the roof of a house we keep our fireplace burning and the room will be cosy and the lowest part or the floor of the room will be warm. This is true with human body also. The inside of the head should be cool inorder for the abdomen be soft and functioning while the feet and extremities should be warm. That is ideal condition to be healthy.
Talking about electrolytes, check the symptoms of Calcium i.e. Calcarea Carb. You can see the beauty of the correlation. See its symptoms and I quote
“This great Hahnemannian anti-psoric is a constitutional remedy par excellence. Its chief action is centered in the vegetative sphere, impaired nutrition being the keynote of its action, the glands, skin, and bones, being instrumental in the changes wrought. Increased local and general perspiration, swelling of glands, scrofulous and rachitic conditions generally offer numerous opportunities for the exhibition of Calcarea “
“Pituitary and thyroid disfunction.”
“ Persons of scrofulous type, who take cold easily, with increased mucous secretions, children who grow fat, are large-bellied, with large head, pale skin, chalky look, the so-called leuco-phlegmatic temperament; affections caused by working in water. Great sensitiveness to cold; partial sweats. Children crave eggs and eat dirt and other indigestible things; are prone to diarrhœa. Calcarea patient is fat, fair, flabby and perspiring and cold, damp and sour.”
Head.--Sense of weight on top of head. Headache, with cold hands and feet. Vertigo on ascending, and when turning head. Headache from overlifting, from mental exertion, with nausea. Head feels hot and heavy, with pale face. Icy coldness in, and on the head, especially right side. Open fontanelles; head enlarged; much perspiration, wets the pillow. Itching of the scalp. Scratches head on waking.
Eyes.--Sensitive to light. Lachrymation in open air and early in morning. Spots and ulcers on cornea. Lachrymal ducts closed from exposure to cold. Easy fatigue of eyes. Far sighted. Itching of lids, swollen, scurfy. Chronic dilatation of pupils. Cataract. Dimness of vision, as if looking through a mist. Lachrymal fistula; scrofulous ophthalmia.
Ears.--Throbbing; cracking in ears; stitches; pulsating pain as if something would press out. Deafness from working in water. Polypi which bleed easily. Scrofulous inflammation with muco-purulent otorrhœa, and enlarged glands. Perversions of hearing; hardness of hearing. Eruption on and behind ear . Cracking noises in ear. Sensitive to cold about ears and neck.
Throat.--Swelling of tonsils and submaxillary glands; stitches on swallowing. Hawking-up of mucus. Difficult swallowing. Goitre. Parotid fistula.
Stomach.--Aversion to meat, boiled things; craving for indigestible things-chalk, coal, pencils; also for eggs, salt and sweets. Milk disagrees.Frequent sour eructations; sour vomiting. Dislike of fat. Loss of appetite when overworked. Heartburn and loud belching. Cramps in stomach; worse, pressure, cold water. Ravenous hunger. Swelling over pit of stomach, like a saucer turned bottom up. Repugnance to hot food. Pain in epigastric region to touch. Thirst; longing for cold drinks. Aggravation while eating. Hyperchlorhydria.
Abdomen.--Sensitive to slightest pressure. Liver region painful when stooping. Cutting in abdomen; swollen abdomen. Incarcerated flatulence. Inguinal and mesenteric glands swollen and painful. Cannot bear tight clothing around the waist. Distention with hardness. Increase of fat in abdomen. Umbilical hernia. Trembling; weakness, as if sprained. Children are late in learning to walk.
Stool.--Crawling and constriction in rectum. Stool large and hard whitish, watery, sour. Prolapse ani, and burning, stinging hæmorrhoids. Diarrhœa of undigested, food, fetid, with ravenous appetite. Children's diarrhœa. Constipation; stool at first hard, then pasty, then liquid.
Extremities.-- Cold, damp feet; feel as if damp stockings were worn. Cold knees cramps in calves. Sour foot-sweat. Weakness of extremities. Swelling of joints, especially knee. Burning of soles of feet. Sweat of hands. Arthritic nodosities. Soles of feet raw. Feet feel cold and dead at night. Old sprains. Tearing in muscles.
Fever.-- Partial sweats. Night sweats, especially on head, neck and chest. Sweat over head in children, so that pillow becomes wet.
Modalities.--Worse, from exertion, mental or physical; ascending; cold in every form; water, washing, moist air, wet weather; during full moon; standing. Better, dry climate and weather; lying on painful side. Sneezing (pain in head and nape).
Head gets heated up on thinking is a peculiar symptom of Calcarea and therefore the vilayana is ensured on thinking itself which infact is the problem which you are facing. All other things aggravating with the mucuous flow prohibits your thnking. I think use of Calcarea Carb in higher potencies of 30 and above should be solution to you problem With best wishes.
