Anxiety do increase the physical problems, there is no harm in taking a few doses of tranquilizer. You should not get addicted to it. Do not be frightened about the name psychologists and psychiatrists, they are only doctors of the mind. Anxiety accompanies all trauma and need to be controlled. It does NOT mean you have any psychiatric disorder. Just let go those friction within your mind. Use Calcarea Fluor 30X for the prominent vein in the esophagus three times a day.

sir than what about baryata carb,
now i am taking
apis-it has started to give some changes in throat.(a cough is comming).It is slow in action but my neck pain and exces saliva are reduced,i can wakeup with a better freshness in morning,earlier its killing tiredness,
natmur-i take one dose at night.
rehumatic symptoms a little aggrevation is there...but great difference in neck muscles,but lower back and all is aching.Then the occipital headache i used to complian about it is comming,i think it must be from below the occiput and then extending,It pulses when i walk turn my head or for movements.
should i go for baryata carb or calcarea flour

Continue with Apis Mel for a few more days. You may use Baryta 1M one dose in 15 days. For occiputal headache you would still require Natrum Mur 30C. with best wishes. If you have already taken one dose of Baryta 1M you need not worry about it for next `15 days or 1 month. You may use Clcarea Fluor 30X three doses a day for one day and report benefits, so that it can be continued or repeated.

Thankyou sir,
Apis is really working in throat,along with that my focusing difficulty tiredness and concentration are improving.
i observe my nose is still dry and now it has started to block a bit at night and air i breath is dry and hitting in pharynex area.
ok i will use baryata today,
calcarea flour is slow in action right,will i know the effect just by using 3 dose.
also will there be any problem of taking baryata carb when i take antidepresents

i am having great change,my neck pain is completely reduced.pain at back is still there,
throat has stopped producing excess mucus and bad thirst from throat is also gone,but there is a kind of dryness ,now a kind of pressure in building on nose.
mind symptoms is also reduced,and i used to have a kind of irritating difficuly on standing under fan or going out in sun,it is also reduced to great extend
i havent used baryta and calcarea flour yet.
calcarea flour is slow in action right,will i know the effect just by using 3 dose.
also will there be any problem of taking baryata carb when i take antidepresents

What I have suggested to you is 30X of Calcarea Fluor. It should act quickly within a day or two some results should be seen. Good to hear there is a great change in neck pain. None of the homeo medicines have anything to do with allopathic medicines except some antidotes their side effects. How many antidepressants you take and how long it is continuing and which is the medicine?

ya the neck pain is almost gone,it returns a bit in the morning with a bit stifness but with the first dose of apis its gone,
ok i will start calcarea flour today itself.
i am taking two tablets one in morning and other at night.actually my parents are not disclosing their name to me.doctor told me to take them for 3 weeks then only i can see its benifits,

i couldnt get calcarea flour 30x i got 30c,
it will also show the results right?
Then should i stop natmur and api when i take calcarea flour

You may try for lesser period at 30C. It can show results. As of now you need not stop Natrum Mur and Apis Mel.

i have started calcarea flour 30c,i am not yet reporting on that.but i wolud like to repot on natmur,
sir natmur was like a boost for apis to work,i felt it increasing the effect of apis,now as i am continuing on it i am noticing that when i take natmur i am developing a kind of "neerilakkam"
My nose was soo dry earlier but now it comes a bit wet after i take natmur,i also observe it effecting by behaviour,my anger is a bit difficult to control starting from my childhood but now i also see a kind of control over that,i also observed these a bit when we used it to control my acnes arising afer masturbation.
sir there is some itching on my forehead it not going,it is there for about 4 months now,can i use thuja for that,
than still i cant breath cold air of AC sir then neck pain comes,

Natrum Mur is suggested as complimentary medicine to Apis and is expected to boost. The discharges through the nose are expected after Natrum Mur. Natrum Mur at 30C potency would release all blocked drainage and the nose is expected to leak and discharge. You can use 200C whenever you want to stop that. Stopping is not ideal. All symptoms you nerrated are Natrum Mur and Natrum Mur is working. You can use a single dose of Sulphur 30C and see how the itch goes. Thuja need not be used at this stage. Check dulcamera vis a vis AC.

yaa i feel good when nose is leaking,i used to say know i was some who used to get cold always, but as i grew up catching cold stopped and it turned out to be like this,i always had this occipital headache in those times.and it used to be in afternoons(thats were i confused it with aethusa)i really needs natmur right?
when it was apis alone it was like a pressure building behind the face or like somewhere with no place for it to go,but natmur showed it the path
so now i am taking
natmur30C,apis30c and calc flour30c ok
will natmur bring me back sir..i mean to cure me off this state
let me see the symptoms of ducalmera
sir will lachies apply to me...Does it release blocked discharges
sir now i think you will be able to correctly understand the type of allignment i am facing...now which remedy will help me to correct it to full extend sir.

I do not think you would need any other medicine than Natrum Mur and Apis. Natrum Mur is constitutional and Apis is for the acute causes. Natrum Mur can do wonders and I believe it can bring you back to normalcy. Lachesis may not apply to me except its throat symptoms. Lachesis has the symptom relief from discharges meaning, for e.g. if there is a headache and passing stools relieve the headache, passing urine relieve the headache, that can be taken as one symptom and not the whole symptom. Lachesis should be used only if complete symptom picture is matching or agreeing. with best wishes.

so i need only natmur and apis,no sir i dont think lachies comes for me.
sir then what about calc flour and baryate carb.
i am using calc flour30c daily.
earlier when i used to take baryata carb it used to give sudden relif but now i cant feel much action from it.

i am reporting back on
natmut 30c 3 three times daily
apis 30c 3 times daily
calc flour 30c 3 times daily
sir i am feeling better with my concentration dificulty and Dullness like feel.
i can still see puss forming on tonsils.they are still producing whitish yellow puss.
i can feel swollen glands below them.
i also took baryata carb 1m dose four days before.
sometimes at night i feel something producing a bit obstruction for air when passing through throat.
there is a coldness feeling while breathing
sir this is a dbout from me,Is there any perticular medicine with a symptom for a person not being able to study roads easily.
i have difficulty is studying roads....may be because of my concentration difficulty.

no no i dont have any problem in familiar surroundings,but i have a kind of confusion when i go to some places i dont,i cant remember the direction through which i came.
then itching on the forehead is not going with sulphur sir it increased after that
Then can i continue with the other medicines itself for the problem that i mentioned above,my nose is still not copping-up sir,most of the time its dry and mucus is falling back to throat(i think its post nasal drip)

Dear udaya sir,
i used sulphur 1M single dose yesterday and for today morning itching has reduced
today onwards i am starting lycopodium 30 along with
natmur 30c,apis 30c,calc flour 30c.
my nose is still dry and there is no sneezing or watering of nose,it gets blocked as soon as i lay in bed.most of time right nostril is blocked
i am also doing nasyam with dhanvantharam(7) two times a day

do some breathing exercises like anuloma viloma kriya. it would clear up within a few days. use single dose of Nux vomica 30C and let me know the results on stuffed nose.

Dear udaya sir,
i am having good changes by adding lycopodium 30c.
sir lycopodium is having good effect on my nose,now i can lay on bed at night without nose getting blocked.my mind symptoms has also further reduced from Apis.
sir i dont know if lyco has nose blocked,not much is told in materia medica in this site.
sir when i read lyco i can see several striking matches with my personality in that,i can say for sure that my whole personality can be pictured from a mixture of natmur and lyco.
other med i am using Apis,calc flour,natmur.
can i stop any of above medicines.
then iching on forehead has not yet gone fully

Use Selenium 200C single dose and report benefits. You may stop Apis and repeat it with gap. Use higher potency 1M of sulphur single dose.

thankyou sir,
sir i had already taken sulphur 1M 2days back,some relif was there for first day but it is not going off,i have sent a photo of my forehead in you mail
ok i will stop apis.
lycopodium is having good effect on me sir,if i take a dose of 30c my nose opens,difficulty in throat reduces and mainly my thinking ability get better and other mind symptoms reduces.
then after about 6 hours and all symptoms of confusion and all start to reappear,
then i loose all my confidences and i get tensed what is wrong with me that kind of feel comes.
i can say mt neck pain and stiffness is almost gone nearly,
the relif that i am getting from the above medicines is a 100% relif
but everything is in a kind of balance
i will use selenium and report back

Sir i am still continuing on
nat mur 30C
lyco 30c
calc flour 30c,
sir i am feeling better only,with adition of lyco my nose blockage has got better...i feel better conditioning of air by nose in bed also it help me keep my nose open.
if skip a dose of natmur symptoms are returning and again on next in take a kind of neerilakam develops but for for part it stays internal itself without comming out.
still it is not developing to a cold.
i am also doing anulomaviloma,sudarsanakriya,bhalsika,dheerkapranayama and some more i dont remember exact names.earlier i was finding difficult to do them due to nose getting blocked.
Then itcheing on forehead has dried off very much with selenium200C....not yet gone fully
its very much supressed and settled with slight reddishness
