Arnica 6C or 30C and Calcarea Fluor 6X or 30C. The following are valuable remedies as per symptoms :
1. Baryta Mur 3X
2. Plumbum
3.Aurum Met
4. Aurum Muriaticum.
5. Ergotin
6. Natrum Iodatum
7. Belladonna (to dilate arteries and nerves)
8. Hypericum (to strengthen nerves)
9. Strophanthus
10.Adrinalinum
11. Crataegus (as tonic)

Other medicines meant for heart etc. should be used like lactrodectus etc. according to the condition of the heart and location of the clogged arteries.
