6 years,female,india
2. Current complain - from how long:
astma-2 years duration
3. Current medicine you are taking:
allopathic medicine -asthaline,omnakortil
4. Sign & Symptom of disease:
disease starts as slight sneezing .gradually turnsto dry cough and asthma within one day .severe astmatic paroxysms.usually it is mote its peak in the 3-4 am.
5. Breif medical history:
she had congenital cleft lip-done surgery
had atopic dermatitis-done allopatic and homeo treatment
6. Family Back Ground:
father has hypercholaestraemia.grand fathers have diabetes,and grand mother is having hypertension.
7. Education and Nature of Profession of Patient:
she is studying in first standard.
8. Desires and aversion of food:
desires--candies,milk, egg
9. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry..etc.:
restless,slight shyness,lefthander.profuse sweat on leat exertion,wants to lie on the abdoman.
10. What makes it worse and what makes it better:
bathing head,egg egg taking
11. Thirst/Tongue/diabetic...:
tongue clean,thirst good

Stop both the allopathic medicines which would reduce her immunity and have side effects.
Prima facie Arsenic Album is indicated in the patient. But, there is a psoric miasm and we need to remove the suppressed Asthma because of the suppressive treatment adopted for managing atopic dermatitis. As long as this miasm or predisposition to receive the disease is not eliminated the child will not recover from asthma. Therefore, the treatment need be done with antipsoric medicines. The timing of the aggravation also agree with both Sulphur and Calcarea Carb and confirm the conclusions. Craving of egg is a Calcarea Carb symptom. Craving of milk is also symptomatic of a calcium assimilation problem and therefore Caclcarea Carb is the remedy. Rhus tox, Sulphur, Natrum Sulph etc. also indicates craving of milk. . Sleeping on the belly is indicative of worms in stomach where Sulphur is very handy along with three doses of Cina for few days.
So the medicine you would require are.
1. Sulphur 30 + Calcarea Carb 30+ Lycopodium 30 one dose each in the same order for one day. Next day onwards Cina 30 three times a day for three days. Repeat the Trio every week.upto three weeks. If there is aggravation in sneezing or Wheezing or Athma as such use Arsenic Album 200 single dose once and repeat Arsenic Album 30 three times a day. Report after each medicine. with best wishes.
