Good morning Dr

I am facing this problem from last Friday
& takes cetrazine 10 mg & ointment ciprolar - fc

Age 31/M/ India

Symptoms : Firts time i face Infection (Under arms) with irritation & pain on touch.

Mental behavior: Headache ,

Food : Roti +sabji


Please advised medicine for this

Please check with a good dermatologist and carry out a biopsy test to ensure it is not something more serious. It could be just a fungal infection or a rash. Or it could be an infection caused by the bacteria that grows in the razors, if you do shave your armpit areas.
Or avoid deodarant and anti-perspirants to see whether it goes away ( again if you are in the habit of using them in the armpit areas)

Does cetrizine help?

Please clarify.

Not much helped

I go for two skin specialist they advised two different medience

one doctor : take cetrazine 10-15 days

second doctor one AF-150

with ointment.

I started with cetrazine


Please advised any homeopathy medience

Use Ledum Palustrum Q on the area three times a day for one day. If no improvement is noticed by next day use Ledum 30 three times a day orally. If it still does not yield use Sulphur 30 three times a day for three days or until cured. Are you doing some exercises? with best wishes.

Yes doctor i am doing some exercise .but due to this i avoid exercises.

I do not think you have anything much to worry about. It is because you have predisposition to rashes on irritation of the skin. While doing exercise the skin is rubbed constantly and irritated and the rashes or bruises appear like strech marks. Use Ledum Pal and other medicines as indicated. At the most you may require a dose or two of Psorinum to remove the miasm. with best wishes.

As per the photographs, it seems to be healing. continue with medicines for another three days. Use Psorinum 30 three times a day for one day after Sulphur.

There is an element of psora in the pictures. The Ledum Pal should have cleared it. Any suppression with ointments will give later more troubles. It is better if you could consult a dermatologist and let me know the correct nature and nomenclature of the ailment as the kind of skin eruption in picture can have innumerable reasons. We may continue the homeopathic treatment but I would need the correct confirmation as to what I am suggesting to treat since Ledum did not cure it by now completely. Or are you not applying Ledum Q and using Ledum 30 internally? alongwith Sulphur.? with regards.

No , i apply only two days ledum Q & ledum30 as directed by you after that i start sulphur 30 continuously 3 times in a day

Today i go to dermatologist & he anlaysis its bites insects .

Mediance given
cefadroxil tab 500mg morning & Eve
Cream ECZmate-f

now Pl advised homeopathy solution

Ledum Pal is the best solution one can have for bites of insectis. Taking the red colour into consideration and being insect bite Apis Mel 30 is indicated but since you have no swelling and heat in the area, Apis Mellifica is not necessary. Only ledum pal as prescribed is sufficient. with best wishes.
