Urgent help- Sacroiliac joint and Bamboo spine

another known person needs some help with problems relsted to bones, but with very limited info- kindly advise
what medicines are good for Sacroiliac joint or bamboo spine for following problems -
1.) inflamation of Sacroiliac joint.
2.) reduction space in Sacroiliac joint restricting the movement of hips and waist.
3.)dysfunction of Sacroiliac joint causing severe pain in hips
4.) bamboo spine reduing the flexibility of spine.
other physical symptoms of the patient -
1.) difficulty turning over in bed.
2.) Stiffness in the lower back when getting up after sitting for long periods and when getting up from bed in the morning.
3.)Aching to one side of left/right lower back when driving long distances
4.)Pain located either to the left or right of your lower back restricting the movement.

You are talking about ankylosing spondylitis and it is a very lengthy treatment with day to day observation either on hospitalisation or clinical support. To initiate a treatment regimen in the forum will be counterproductive. However, you may try methods which i have already mentioned in this forum many times. See one such link below:

The treatment should start from predisposition ie. Thuja /Natrum Mur. Success cannot be predicted through forum as different individuals have cases with varying systemic symptoms.

The first cause has to be treated here. The ailments manifest in various forms but the root cause is within the root. We have to go back in time to deterimne where the root is and try to arrest the deterioration and possible reversal of the ailment. Three doses for three day of Thuja 30 and similar doses of Natrum Mur 30 are must. Thereafter you may repeat that to benefit later. Further Calcarea Carb 30 and 200 will help with the curvature or scoliosis. Yoga will help. Rhus Tox 200 single doses periodically and Arnic 30 periodically on regular basis alongwith Causticum, Bryonia, Ruta,symphytum, Hekla Lava, Calcarea Phos, Calcarea Fluor, Phosphorus, Arsenic Album, Argentum met., Aurum met, Argentum Nitricum, Lathyrus, Theridion etc. would be indicated at various stages as per evolving symptoms. For sciatic pains, Rhus Tox, Bryonia, Causticum combination will help a lot. Gnaphalium Q may be used in case of back pain. with best wishes.
