My daughter's ears have been blocked since a month. She feels feverish but most of the time the temp. shows normal, sometimes it goes to 99. Towards the evening she also gets a headache and mild throat pain. She had taken antibiotics about 10 days back but it had no effect.Pulse is generally 80.
Please suggest.

Do not focus only on the ears. Please give the totality of symptoms. Please describe the whole person. Age height weight bp included. Usually Hepar Sulph 30 should help.

Feels faint in a steam room.
Stomach: more prone to constipation.
Throat: mild infection

Is she having any known allergy. it seems she is suffering from Nasopharyngitis and tracheitis with dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling faint with nausea, .... Worse from: heat application, closed heated room, steam room, sauna, warmth of bed, pressure, ..the indicated medicine is Tabaacum. Tabacum should be used carefully. One single dose in 30C potency would be enough and wait for results. Do not use venegar or sour apples when Tabacum is used. with best wishes. .

Thanks Dr. Udaya,
Her known allergies are mainly on the skin. If you recollect she had small patches on the elbow. We had tried treating for psoriasis/eczema . The small tiny patches are yet there. Not increasing but not going either.

In that case Psorinum would be required. But she may use one dose of Tabacum as test dose. with best wishes.

Dr. Udaya,
My daughter is in India for 2 days, so whatever you feel she may need please let me know and I can give the medicines to her and then after consulting you can tell her which medicine to take. Once she leaves she may not be able to get the reqd. medicines so it is best that I equip her with various medicines.
Please indicate the potency for Psorinum.
Note: Currently the ear blockage is prominent. Tonite she has taken the single dose of tabacum 30.

I would not be able to off hand prescribe medicines in anticipation. What she can do
is to carry with her all nosodes 1drahm in 1M. A hundred common medicines in 30C potency. And medicines for females like Pulsatilla, Sepia, etc in 200C. Mother tinctures of value and first aid. You may see list in the case of Skill in this forum. Medicines can be suggested only on evolving symptoms as for predictive homeopathy the
present tense should be known completely to predict the future tense
All medicines concerned with dry skin and itches should be carried.
psorinum, sulphur, calcarea carb, lycopodium, bryonia, alumina, petroleum, Apis Mel, Graphites and the like. Medicines concerned with breathing and respiratory system should be carried like bryonia, antim tart, arsenic, hepar sulph, belladonna, phosphorus, natrum mur , natrum sulph, natrum phos, arnica, All acids must be carried like natirc acid, sulphuric acid, carbolic, etc. All antidotes must be carried like Nux Vomica, Camphor, coffea cruda, cocculus indicus.
All medicines beneficial for hair should be carried like Wiesbaden, Arnica, Vinca Minor, Phosphorus, Acid Phos, Acid fluor, Calcarea Phos, Ferrum Phos, Kali Carb., Natrum Mur, Selenium Carbo veg, Thalium,
Medicines like thuja 30, should be carried without fail. First aid medicines should be carried : Arnica, hypercium, ledum, calendula, aconitum, symphytum, ruta, rhus tox., belladonna, phosphorus, etc.
All female remedies should be carried :
Sabina, Kali Carb., Kali brom. Argentum Nit., Borax., Apocynum, cimicifuga, colocynthis, chamomilla, Ignatia, onosmodiumpulsatilla, phosphorus, sepia, sulphur, thyroidinum, viburnum, abroma radix 1X, caulophylum, coffea cruda, conium mac, kreosotum, lapis albus, lobelia inflata, Mag Phos,aloe soc.,,Bovisa, china, cyclamen, hamamelis, helonias, Ipec., arsenic, millefolium, platinum, secale cor., ustilago.,ficus religiosa, gelsemium, lachesis, sanguinaria, spigelia, causticum, erigeron, ferrum phos, trillium, tuberculinum, Viscum Album. etc.etc.

The test dose of tabacum 30 was taken. No change in the ear blockage.
What next? Please advise
