Aggravation from motion on any part of the body. wants to remain still ( in this case his left feet would prefer to be still) is Bryonia.
He can a try a dose in 30c potency and if it helps but the pain come back after a day or a few hours, he can repeat the same. Either way, he may not require more than 3 doses.

Garcot
Corrected: Bryonia in place of RhusTox 5.30am 17th July

Hypericum was suggested for pain on the hip radiating to knees which seems nerve related. If it does not go away within three doses fresh evaluation of hip in relation to endocrine glands have to be done. Low calcium is indicative however of thyroid imbalance. Give one set of Trio i.e. Sulphur 30 +Calcarea Carb 30+Lycopodium 30. and report. Bryonia potency could be raised to 200 and one dose given.

Morning after and evening one dose each in the same order. This will be rejuvenative as well as curative. If not I would advise him to have a proper medical check and come back with complete symptoms. Giving piecemeal symptoms without totality of the symptoms will be counterproductive and waste of precious time. with best wishes.

The symptoms mentioned by you are vague and cannot lead me to any conclusions. Either there is more to it or some symptoms are missing. He has to consult a doctor and tell us what the doctor's diagnosis is and we may proceed with homeopathic medicines according to that diagnosis if it is correct, he will be corrected on selection of a correct medicines by us.
