Baryta Mur 3X is not readily available in my area . I have to search it other places. But Barayta Mur 30c is readily available Can she use 30c in place of 3X ? Else I have to wait for the arrival of 3X for some more times. What would be the recommended doses 3X and 30c

She can take 30C in case 3X is not available. Use 30C only for one day then monitor and continue only if necessary. 3X can be used three times a day for longer periods at a stretch subject to benefits accrued.

She is using Baryta Mur 3X three doses a for last three days . Her blood pressure remains about 150/50 . Improvement in pulse pressure is not yet noticed. The response from Baryta Mur was expected in case of high systolic and low diastolic pressure. Will she continue it for some more days ?

The patient is using Baryta Mur 30 one dose a day for last 20 days. The pulse pressure is improved to 90 from 100 . Now the BP remains at 145 / 55 and pulse rate is 60 bpm .Is it advisable to continue Baryta Mur 30 or its potency to be increase to 200 ? Kindly advice me further.

Too much. Stop Baryta Mur. I find some incongruity in what you are writing Pulse improve from 90 to 100 -----pulse rate is 60 bom???? please clarify.

I meant to say pulse pressure ie the difference between systolic blood pressure and the diastolic blood pressure. . Previously, her blood pressure used to remain 150/50
( pulse pressure 100 ) but now it is lying around 145/55 ( pulse pressure 90 ) . As the patient is having a high systolic pressure with a comparatively low diastolic pressure may be due to Arterio-sclerosis , Baryta Mur 30 was used . It seems that it responded slightly by improving the blood pressure to 145/55 from 150/50. I sought an advice from you how to improve the diastolic pressure further.

I am 43 years old, having a sensation of stiff neck, dizziness, slurring and blurring of vision,brain fogging.facial jaw drop more during morning; diagosed with a protrution/ outgrowth in spine towards the neck. For last three years it's there. which medicine will be best.

Single dose of Rhus Tox 1M (three globules only) followed by three doses of Causticum 30C for one day may benefit your condition of pain,stiffness,blurring vision. Use Calcarea Fluor 30X three times a day for three days may improve the caconditions of carries, exotosis with Silicea. Use Hekla Lava 30C and Silicea 30C for necrosis of the bones and exotosis, whereas projection or protrusion may be corrected by Rhus tox Causticum combination as it relaxes the muscles in the neck area and allow the bone and cartelages to return to its places.
If there is pain or nerves are involved Hypericum 30C could be used. If there is spontylitis with dizziness, use Cocculus Indicus 30C. Later phosphorus for necrosis of the Jaw and its dropping.
