Dear Dr Udaya.
Please find below the symptoms which I had during the course of the adviced medicines..

With Nux Vomica ,neither the symptoms changed nor the pain reduced.

On the otherhand Pulsatilla had a remarkable effect..The pain which i used to get in the mornings reduced completely..I jus had pricking pain very rarely..no cervical pain.I also had menses with a very moderate abdominal pain unlike last cycle which was charecterized by heavy pain. However headache remained same during menses.
With Thuja, I didnt have any such remarkable symtoms ,in other words the symtoms i had during pulsatilla prevailed..

Also I forgot to mention during my eariler posts which is, i feel loss of appetite for quite few days ( before started to have medicines itself) which i feel is becoz of the growth of fibroids..

Is there any specific medicine for the fibroid as i am leaving to Malaysia next week i can arrange the medicines required with my uncle, living in Malaysia..

I Await for your valuable reply..

Kind Regards..

Nothing was expected to change visibly with Nux Vomica. Nux was given to clear the way for the other medicines and stop the side effects of any medicines you had used earlier. You will not know the benefits of Nux because you may not have observed a symptom which was mild and unnoticed before and has disappeared unnoticed. It is always, the exclamation is like this :After a few months or years "Oh I had also that problem, I do not know when that had disappeared and gone"

Use Pulsatilla 1M now. 1M every 7 days one dose. Use Natrum Mur 30 for headache during menstruation. For fibroid carry the following medicines with you :

Acetic Acid Q
Arsenic Album 30, 200 1M
Aurum Muriaticum 6C, 30, 1M
Calcarea Iodide 2X/3X
Conium Mac 30, 200, 1M
Iodium 1M
Lachesis 200
Lapis Albus 3X, 6C, 30
Secale Cor 30, 200, 1M
Tarentula His 30,1M, 10M, CM
Trillium Pend 30
Viola Oderata Q
Natrum Mur, Pulsatilla, Silicea, Calcarea, Thuja etc. at 30C potency.

I cannot say which medicine will be required at what time. When we suggest a medicine from distance without seeing or case taking, we can only go by evolving symptoms. I cannot say how an individual will respond to each medicine and what would evolve which is quite a predictive homeopathy which can go flat as the first premise is based on the patients account and observation of the symptoms.

Dog Bladder Control Problems - 5 Possible Causes of Your Husky Dog's Bladder Control Problems
When you got your Husky pup, you probably never thought you would have to deal with dog bladder control problems. Veterinarians acknowledge that this is becoming more of a recurring problem with dogs in general. However, Husky dogs are more prone to certain conditions that lead to bladder control problems in dogs.
Dog bladder control problems are also referred to as bladder incontinence. They can be caused by a variety of factors. In order to make sure that your Husky stays healthy and safe, you need to have her diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible. You may opt for giving your dog a homeopathic remedy to aid in the healing process.
Here are 5 conditions that may be the cause of your Husky's bladder control issue.
1. Bladder control for a dog can be very difficult if your dog was born with abirth defect. Female Husky puppies are particularly susceptible to being born with urinary tract defects. If your dog has a birth defect, her ureter may connect her bladder to her vagina instead of her urethra, causing her to constantly dribble urine.
