So far we talked about Virgin Coconut Oil. How about advantages of Virgin Olive Oil ?
some were on website;
Extra-virgin olive oil is the most digestible of the edible fats and:

* it helps to assimilate vitamins A, D and K;
* it contains essential acids that cannot be produced by our own
bodies;
* it slows down the aging process;
* it helps bile, liver and intestinal functions.
It is noteworthy that olive oil has a beneficial effect in the dietary treatment of diabetes.
Researches are beginning to focus on some of the other elements in olive oil, elements
that are similar to anti-cancer compounds found in some fruits and vegetables. Olive oil
does appear to have a role not only in combating heart disease but also in the control of
excess weight, diabetes and in protection against some kinds of cancer.

And also too much of it is not good for health. Let's say one small spoonful taken uncooked.

You can get it at iherb.com.

They offer $5.00 discount for first time customers. If you become a regular customer, they always give you discounts at checkout.

Google: iherb coupons

Dr R.K.Khatri,

I have bought virgin coconut oil from a nature shop here in Toronto.

I will start taking 1 teaspoon 2 times daily.

Is there any other remedy you suggest in order to boost the thyroid function.

Thanks & regards,

Hedi

Thank you Dr. Khatri & Udaya Kumar,

I have been advised by one of the patient from a forum to use Thyroid support by Natra-Bio. Here is link:
http://www.luckyvitamin.com/p-1506-natra-bio-thyroid-support-1-oz

Quote"
"Hello, I had similar problems as you about a year ago... and was also prescribed anti-depressants (which I decided not to take). What helped me a lot was 1) Lugol's Iodine for low thyroid, 2) Regularly taking B12, Vitamin D, and Omega-3 Fish Oil, and 3) Eliminating ALL grains from my diet.

Now I would say I'm 80% better, with 100% better mentally/emotionally.

I would also recommend NatraBio Thyroid Support which is a combination of homeopathic remedies in a liquid form you let absorb under your tongue.

Hope this helps!"

I did check the medicine and found it a combination homeopathy remedy.

May I expect a comment.

Thanks & regards,

Hedi

Dr R.K.Khatri,

I am interested to learn more about Fulvic and Humic Acid. Could you please clarify the following:
i) Is anybody can use it
ii) Is there any side effect? or any long term effect of using the above acid
iii) How long we have to use to get a optimal result.
iv) Are they sedative? Once you stop symptom will come back.
v) Does it interact homeopathy medicine?

I may try to get the material from USA. Can you please give me the link.

I am trying hard to avoid allopathy medicine for my under active thyroid, If any natural way I can make it active.

I am taking coconut oil two times daily along with my meal. Can't take separately.

Thanks & regards,

Dear Hedi

Also, try monolaurin. It's a lot more potent than coconut oil. Ultimate monolaurin by Inspired Nutrition is a lot more potent than other brands

Dear Hedi,

Monolaurin might offer some help for your hair loss. It helped my niece'sI hair grow an inch within a month. She used the brand inspired nutrition from the website I provided earlier. I understand that monolaurin works on the thyroid. Adaptogens also work on the thyroid like ashwaganda, licorice, etc. These can work until you find another solution or some homeopathic medicine.

Dr R.K.Khatri,

As mentioned earlier I live in Toronto and it is easier for me to order the things from USA.

I did search in Google for Fulvic Acid and found some benefits of having it.

I will try to find it locally before going to online purchase.

Regards,

Hedi

Adaptogen seems to be good one for thyroid. I have ordered a "Natra-bio thyroid support" homeopathic combination through iherb. Now I want to try homeopathic combination and coconut oil only. I found fulvic acid which is widely accepted as the missing nutritional link in human health. Later I may go for fulvic acid and adaptogen as well.

I hope the above will work.

Thank you for your effort.

Regards,

Hedi
