I greatly appreciate quick your response. I am very glad to have found this forum with such great source of knowledge.
The liquid Aloe Vera is just an Aloe Vera juice (not an homeopathic remedy). My approach to heal Fistula has not been a common one, due to my lack of homeopathic knowledge and for not knowing this forum
I thought that the antibacterial properties of the Aloe Vera could work similarly to the antibiotic/antiseptic ointment.
Is there any specific antibiotic/antiseptic ointment that you would recommend?

I regret that I cannot advise you on the brand of the Antibiotic Ointment that you can get in Spain. I believe that any good antibiotic ointment which is based on a Polymixin base is suitable. I have specified the ointment as it is always marketed in a petroleum base which is more suitable to keep the bacterial count in and around the anal muscles low by massaging it internally from the top downwards thereby expelling the pus which is dead bacteria and plasma which the body discards.
The remedies I prescribe are:
Silicea 6x helps to expel the pus.
Arnica 30c helps to rebuild the tissue from the inside in a manner that drugs cannot do.
It does so by increasing the flow of blood into the anal muscles where the Fistula is located and soon heals the lesion which otherwise would be subjected to various experiments on the part of the surgeon who does not realize that although he tries to heal the wound that he leaves behind after surgery, every passing stool reinfects the wound and thereby exposes the poor patient to a series of subsequent experimental surgery in the anus with the results that you have already suffered from.
Nat Phos 6x as it keeps the stools soft which is essential to avoid further laceration of the healing internal surface of the anal muscles.
One important point that I have failed to mention before is that the patient must never use a dry wipe with toilet paper as this is one way of further lacerating the healing lesion. Water is best used either from a spray or a bidet which is unfortunately not in vogue anymore today. If this is not available, a wet wipe can be used. Never a dry wipe.

I contacted my local pharmacy to order the prescription... This is the first time that I will buy homeopathic remedies and I have some questions about the concentration. Sorry for my ignorance.
* Arnica 30C: They told me that they have Arnica 30CH (I guess CH is the same as C). From your prescription I understood that the Arnica 30CH should be in liquid form. Could you please confirm?.
* Silicia 6X: Apparently in CH it corresponds to Silicia 3CH. They told me they only have Silicia 4CH. I guess I will need to contact other pharmacy to get the Silicia 3CH concentration. Could you please confirm that this is the correct one?
* Nat Phos 6X: It should correspond to Nat Phos 3CH... They told me that they only have 7CH...
I guess there is something wrong with my calculations or there is a problem with the pharmacy.
Could you please confirm that the conversion from X to CH is from 2X to 1CH?
Thanks!

It is essential that you only use the remedies as prescribed as the other potencies you referred to cannot help you.
Arnica 30c = Arnica 30CH
Silicea 6x = Silicea 6D Ask for the Biochemic Tissue salt which is marketed in tablet form.
Nat Phos 6x = Nat Phos 6D. Same as above
It is very likely that you can get these Homeopathic remedies in Spain from other sources.
You can otherwise mail order from CELLETECH who advertise on each page of this Forum.

I notice that the size of the swelling is little smaller but the pain is still worse as its not drained yet.
Thanks

To Rajhomeo
I cannot recall your case and would like to have more data on your problem.
I note that you are already using my therapy and that "I have started the medicine again and see the swelling came up again and its still not draining the pain is more."
You also wish to use Myristica S 200c but this must be used with some understanding and under supervision.
Please fill up the details.

Rectal Abscesses/Fistula's

Hello Jo,
I have read your forum in abchomeopathy. I think I have fistula and Fiesture. Well, 5 years back I had an Abcess and it got operated. After that It started poping by itseelf after 6 months. I started having Homeopathy Medicine in India for the past 3 years. It just stopped only for 6 months in 2007 and then even with Homepathy medicines its still keep recurring. There is pus draining continuously and some time blood as well.
But I was drinking coffee all these days as the homeopathy dr didnt tell me to stop coffee.
Last month one Dr told me that I have Fistula and it need to be operated
After looking into your forum now I decided not to go for surgery and follow homeopathy. I have just ordered Arnica 30c and Silicea 6x . Is this a good start ? Please let me know. Or I need to add anything else.
NB : I have continuous drainage, itching after every BM and more pain before the fistula drains.
Thanks
Raj

I presume that you have visited the link on Fistula, FIssure and Abscess in ABC Homeopathy:
http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/1127/
I presume therefore that you are aware of the remedies that I have prescribed for these ailments which are:
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily
Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken 3 times daily
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken after every meal.
Antibiotic ointment to be inserted on the tip of a finger or a test tube into the anus after bowel movement.
Do not wipe with dry toilet paper after a bowel movement. Use it wet.
This therapy has helped many patients and I hope that you too will be cured of this rather messy condition in a few weeks. Please read the posts by AllyGirl immediately above your post where she reported that she was cured of a similar condition which was far more advanced than yours.
Please report your response in a few weeks.

HI Jo,
THanks for the response. I received my medicines today from ABC. But as I have read in some ABC forum the Arnica is written as Pellet but still the instrucions in the box says "Dissolve 3-6 tablets under tongue 3-4 times a day". Also the size of these are small (like a regular homeo tablets) and shape is round. I just had a doubt whether these small 3 would be sufficient to dissolve in 500 ML of Spring WAter. So I thought of chekcing with you before I prepare the liquid medicine. Can you please confirm so that I can begin the Medincine immediately. Please note that I called ABC to confirm whtehter this is BioChemic cell and they said yes. Its only the size need to be confirmed by you now. Please let me know.
Also, I didnt get the Nat Phos 6x as I dont have the constipation issue. Do I still need to take this ? Can the other 2 (Silicea and Arnica) could cause the constipation?
It would be better if you could refer some Antibiotic Ointment so that I can exactly get the same instead of me finding something.
Thank you very much for your support in this treatment ! I am hoping to get relieved from this as others.
Thanks
Raj

Homeopathic remedies are usually sold in the standard pellets and in Ethanol in the C potencies. In the X potencies they are usually sold in tablet form. I have found that the Wet dose made with the Ethanol remedy is far more powerful in its effect on the patient's ailment.
I would therefore recommend that you get the Liquid pack of Arnica 30c in Ethanol. You will use just 3 drops of the remedy in a 500ml bottle of spring water which is then succussed or shaken hard to produce bubbles every time before a dose which is a capful of the bottle, is taken twice daily. SInce you have already got the pellets you can use them as instructed in my various posts on the subject till you get the remedy in Ethanol. You have not confirmed getting the Silicea 6x and Nat Phos 6c tablets which are both essential for your therapy.
I cannot advise you on the Antibiotic Ointment and you will have to ask for advice from your pharmacy. This ointment is for internal application after every bowel movement as detailed in my many posts on the ABC and here on this Forum.

HI JO,
THanks for the respon se. I think you missed a part of my earlier response. Please see below :
"Also, I didnt get the Nat Phos 6x as I dont have the constipation issue. Do I still need to take this ? Can the other 2 (Silicea and Arnica) could cause the constipation? " AND I got the Silicea 6X and I started taking as per your suggestion ( 2X thrice a day)
Also, I have another question. YOu mentioned that for now use the Arnica as your method in AC Forum. Did you mean, dissolve 3 pellets in 400 ML of Spring water and use 2 dose(a teaspoon). PLease confirm.
I found the Triple Antibiotic Neosprine and I hope it would do better.
I am really hoping in this treatment as I am suffering for the past 5 years after my surgery for the abcess.
Please dont mistake me if I ask too many questions. I just want to make sure I perfectly follow your treatment for best results.
I am waiting to order Arnica Liquid today after hearing back from you on the Nat Phos 6x so that I can order both together.
Thanks
Raj

I have been out of Colombo visiting the Wild Life Sanctuary in Eastern Sri Lanka for a few days and was not able to respond to your many posts as there is no Internet in those areas.
If you had read my post which I copy below you would not have had to panic in ordering the remedies I prescribed.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily
Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken 3 times daily
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken after every meal.
Antibiotic ointment to be inserted on the tip of a finger into the anus after every bowel movement.
Do not wipe with dry toilet paper after a bowel movement. Use it wet.
You can get all these remedies from Celletech whose address is on every page of this Forum. Look for it at the top of this page. You do not have to be concerned about the Arnica M Radix as I did not prescribe it. Also the alcohol content is standard at 80%. I note that you have got the Neosporin ointment which is OK.

Hi Jo,
Thanks for the response. I shall order from Celltech tomorrow and start on it. Also, as I have started taking Arnica and Celeica for the past 4 days, the symptom is still the same. Except the area is swellen and became hard now. It might take few more days to drain I think. Is this OK ?
Thanks

HI Jo,
I stopped drining coffee but taking tea instead. Woudl that be OK ? Or I need to stop that as well. Or Decafincated Tea would be OK ? Please let me know.
I still see the condition is same with swelling, drainiing, pain cycle.
I have ordered my liquid Arnica and Nat Phos yesterday. But still taking Silecia and Arnica (Liquid prepared from Pellets). Also using AB ointment after every BM.
Please let me know if I need to do anything else or just this is fine.

Coffee is supposed to antidote Homeopathic remedies and it is just as well that you stopped using it. Tea is OK.
A gentle massage of the affected area with your finger internally with the antibiotic can help to drain the swelling by promoting the discharge of pus to hasten the cure.
Your condition may take some time to be resolved and you can continue the therapy I have indicated and report your response from time to time.

Thank Jo. I am sure to stop coffee. I can try this massage and see. But it started draining anf again started forming another cycle now. I am just following your remedy and looking for a permanant cure from this. Can I increase the dose of Silecia from 2 to 3 tablets or just 2 would do ?
Thanks

The pus is drained yesterday. I am noticing that the pus is draining a lot in the first day and a little but for another 3 -4 days and then it closes completely. It again swells after 2-3 days and the draining cycle starts again. Is this normal ?

Hi,
Sorry to interfere but i think i have to add some words for mental satisfaction becasue its a very time taking process and you have to show patience..so its slowly took all the process and heal you by the GRACE OF GOD.
I want to share with you that i have gone through by this process of drainage circle after 2-3 days and same as closed after that..but now after 20-25 days of treatment the time span is covering more days and its now going on as 2 weeks for closure time and then PUS came if its there....other wise no pain and no tear and it would go into healing process.
SIlicia help out to drain the all PUS and dead cells and when its clear the track the Arnica heal and prepare the tissue inside the track and the Fastula will heal slowely as the tissue cover all the spcae of internal track.
Hope its give yousome satisfaction becasue i know the patient of fastula need some words of satisfaction.
So be patient and pray to GOD.
Dear Joe , pls add some, and rectify if i am wrong.
Regards,

Hi Joe,
I just wanted to let you know that the pus has stopped draining.
When I massage the affected area with my finger internally I no longer feel pain.
I still have a polyp (8mm long x 3mm thick) just outside the anal sphincter. At the tip of the polyp there used to be pus, now I can not see the pus anymore.
How long more should I continue with the Joepathy?
Thank you very much for your help.

1. The size of the swelling is reduced (small) drastically and also the pus.
2. I feel a lot of itching after every BM though I apply AB ointment after every BM.
3. The swelling is very small now and its starting draining sooner than before and the pus is also very minimal.
4. After every BM, soon after the itching I see the swelling happens.
Please let me know what does these symptoms mean ?

I am glad that you have realized that PATIENCE is the watchword in dealing with your problem. I am also glad that you have shared your thoughts with fellow sufferers on this thread as they too will benefit from your report.
I am glad that you also mentioned PRAYER as this too will help in the curative process I have detailed which is far superior to the surgical approach which seems never to end as one surgery is usually followed by another and yet another.

I am glad to note from your report that you have discovered some improvement in your condition.
I am however concerned about the Polyp that you have reported as it is very likely that this is a Haemorrhoid which I would advice you to have identified by a surgeon. If it is one, I can suggest another remedy for you but I shall do so after your main ailment has been cured.
You may have to continue with Joepathy for some months in the future in view of your latest report of your Polyp.

This is another update from me on my case. The cycle still continues. Accidently I had a drink 10 days back (missed your note as not to consume alchohol) on a party and the same day night had the pain, swelling and drainage started.
The swelling got little bigger thrice thsi week itself and still continues with drainining continuously. I am sure I will not forget and consume any alchohol after this.
I also note sometime kinda needle pinch pain in the spot where there is swelling and drains. Is this normal ?
Thanks

It seems a pity that you consumed alcohol as you are now suffering from its after effects and there is nothing that I can suggest to alleviate your present condition.
You will have to patiently await a permanent cure without any further incidents that will extend the day when you can really celebrate after all these years of agony.
Please note that in any case you cannot use any alcohol perhaps for life, if you wish to be free of your ailment.

Dear Raj,
I am adding again.....
Dont worry about the current situation its all due to your mistake so you have to bear it for the moment.
The recovery circle will go on and take the long route through your discomfort phase of 2-3 days caused by your drinking and revert back on the track of healing when the drinking effect eliminate from your blood.
I also made a mistake and took a long drive due to my job and felt in great pain and discomfort for almost 6 days and now with countinue treatment , i am again on the road of recovery and now the pain is very low and also the Pus is very low.The external end of fastula is now going to be close agin within next 2 days i think.
Pray to GOD and keep patience, i am doing it and feeling comfortable.
