Dear Dr.,
Taken Spongia and causticum. Got relief from Testicle pain but some time I felt mild pain in lower abdomen apart from pain in left calf & thigh, which may be due to sciatica, forwhich I take causticum.
PS on 26/8/19; Mild pain still exist at groin area near gland. Is it due to rash I got above left ankle?
Regards,

Col Roy

Dear Dr.,
Mild pain still persists. Taking Spongia 30 hrs. However, I still have mild pain in left buttock and left calf and is felt more while passing stool due to constipation.
Can it be prostatitis pain?
Request advise.
Regards

Dear Dr Udaya Kumar,
Firstly, wish you & your family a very Happy and Prosperous Deepawali.
As the problem still existed, I, today, visited Urologist for the above, who after thorough examination apprised me that it, is initial stage of Inguinal and umbilical hernia due to constipation. Though he said not to worry and take 2 tsp full of Isobgul daily, I still need your advice.
regards,

Col Roy

In Sciatica Inguinal hernia going down the thighs is a possibility.....Umblical hernia may not be or may not be associated.... Fir umblical hernia use calcarea carb 30 or 200 and asofotida 30c. For inguinal hernia there is no direct medicine but have to be controlled by correcting constipation , formation of gas, derangement of gas. reversing PH factor, correcting liver imbalances, life style and behavioural changes which I shall narrate in detail....
Hernia are caused usually by Kumbhak meaning retention of air within stomach by breathing into abdomen or other reasons.... formation of gas due to imbalanced liver and acidic constitutional change or ph factor change causing gastric derangement.... life style causing acidity and peptic ulcers and gastric disturbances...as well as formation of gall bladder stones to pancreatitis.....and last of all behaviour like lifting weights with pressure on abdomen rather than putting the weight on thighs and legs to lift weight. in other words do not lift anything bending yourself forward...lift things by squatting or bending the legs at knee and raising up.....two things can happen when abdomen is full of gas and you bend forward and lift something or overlift by applying pressure on abdomen... 1. Air pressure is shifted to spine and weak cartridges can displace to a slip disk condition as well as a compression of sciatic nerve directly or through herniation or spikes or caries. 2. The pressure can cause inguinall
hernia, scrotal hernia, or hernia into the cavity of the thighs..... The third possibility depends on age and relates to those who had led a life of rigorous exercise and strengthened their muscles to a hard mass in their life....this is mild case mimicking hernia at middle or later ages when their muscles starts weakening and transform to flexibility a nagging pain is felt on the inguinal
region radiating to buttocks and elsewhere mostly misdiagnosed as hernia whereas it will go away on its own or can be facilitated to normalcy through Yoga and mild stretching and oil application.

Start medicines with Nux vomica for three days lycopodium 1M once a week and calcarea carb with asafotida. use chionanthus q hydrastis q carduus q and condurango q at intervals to fortify liver ...also check aesculus.
