Can Silica be given to people having implants such as, lens replaced in cataract, tooth implant etc. If yes Silicea 6X or 12X can be taken. Because Silicea is known to be like a surgeon's knife.

It would seem that if an implant has been accepted then there may not be an issue with the use of silicea in homoeopathic form. The same can be said for silica in the tissue salts which is what you're dealing with when using a 6-12x potency. If there's a problem with an implant then I wouldn't advise the use of silica. I had this discussion a while back.
