Is there a remedy to stop clenching teeth and tongue biting ? One person says when he works or doing something he has no idea he clenched his teeth and sometimes bite his tongue

TMJ tension may be deep rooted. Medulla perhaps is the source. Stool test may be done. But the source has an element of ptit mal which need to be investigated. Try one single dose of Causticum 30. If it cures it cures. with best wishes.
